Anna Jolly brings more than 40 years of experience in industrial hygiene and environmental affairs, spanning both private industry and state government. She is widely recognized as an authority in occupational safety and health regulations, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.

Anna holds a B.S. in Environmental Health from Eastern Kentucky University, an M.S. in Environmental Science from George Washington University, and a J.D. from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Anna is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is certified by the Institute of Hazardous Material Management as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager..

She is an authorized trainer for the OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Construction and General Industry Outreach courses, as well as Confined Space and Hazwoper training. An authority on OSHA regulations, her expertise includes VOSH citation and abatement assistance, industrial hygiene auditing, safety program development, employee exposure analysis, safety systems, and interpretation of standards..
