Dirrick Simmons
Dirrick joined us on May 1, 2017, bringing an impressive array of expertise, including training, safety auditing, leadership, communication, and policy and program development. His dedication to occupational safety and health is reflected in twenty-five years of experience in these fields. He has served as Environmental Health & Safety Director, OSHA Administrator, Corporate Safety Officer, Occupational Safety & Health Manager, and Safety and Environmental Manager.
He holds an MBA from VCU; a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Safety, and Risk Control Administration, also from VCU; and has been an adjunct faculty member there since 2015.
His professional memberships include the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).
