Circle Safety & Health Consultants offers MSHA Training that will allow your workers to identify potential workplace hazards, reduce the risk of accidents, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Our highly trained and qualified instructors will travel to your office or job site to conduct the classes and then provide you and your workers with documentation of successful course completion.
Contractors working at surface mine sites are considered miners. They must comply with the safety and health regulations of both the Federal Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and, in Virginia, the Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy, Division of Mineral Mines (DMM).

Our instructors are highly qualified and certified to conduct MSHA training courses. They’ll provide your workers with a comprehensive training session that covers all requisite topics.
We use high-quality class materials that allow participants to better visualize, understand the course sections, and get the most out of the training session.
We will come in and update your MSHA Part 46 Training Plan to help ensure compliance with the various occupational safety and health regulations.
We provide company management or owners with a record of the courses we conduct and new miners with Virginia DMM GMM cards.
To fulfill the required 24 hours of safety and health training, we offer a wide range of other safety courses that are tailored to the needs of your company or job site.
You can send your workers to our training classes, or we will send our trainers to your office, mine, or job site.
“You and Circle Safety are our go-to for classes we need.”
